SHIPPING POLICY-

Shipping costs are estimated at the time the order is placed and are subject to change when actual shipment costs are calculated. In the event of an actual shipment cost exceeding the estimated cost, the customer is informed promptly to keep a shipment delay to a minimum.

We have spent much time developing a solid packaging solution to make sure your unit arrives at your door unharmed, damage during shipping can still happen and we aim to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. When receiving your package you must inspect the packaging for any visual damage (smashed corners, holes, etc.), if any is found contact our customer service at 1-855-235-5271. Freight damage claims cannot be filed after 30-days of delivery, we recommend having the unit inspected prior to installation if scheduled outside of that time period.

RETURNS POLICY-

All return inquiries must be within 30-days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs fees and duties).
