*24-volt thermostats are not included with the conversion kit and must be installed inside the wine cellar, ideally in a central location away from direct airflow.

UV-C Lighting System

Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses short-wavelength ultraviolet (UV-C) light to kill microorganisms such as fungus, mold, mildew, and bacteria. The application of UV-C light to disinfect has been an accepted practice since the 1950s and is used in a variety of applications such as food, air, and water purification.
